Welcome to Gustav Cafe, a delightful haven nestled within the bustling Kristiine Keskus in Tallinn. With its prime location at Endla tn 45, this charming café is the perfect spot for anyone looking to indulge in beautifully crafted desserts and enjoy a cozy atmosphere.

The moment you step inside Gustav Cafe, you'll notice its stylish design paired with a warm ambiance that invites you to linger. The café offers a great mix of sweet and savory offerings, catering to diverse tastes while maintaining a commitment to quality. If you're someone who appreciates desserts that aren’t overly sweet, you'll absolutely love the soft, delicate flavors that Gustav Cafe has mastered. As one customer, Karen Formagio, beautifully put it, “It’s a good option if you’re not a big fan of too sweet desserts.”

For those who crave a fulfilling coffee experience, customers rave about the luscious cakes alongside the rich brews. Rodolfo Andrés Ramirez Valenzuela noted the quality of both the coffee and cakes, although he did mention that the service could use a bit of polishing, particularly in maintaining table cleanliness. It’s a bustling spot, making it less than ideal for work; however, for a delightful catch-up with friends or a quick respite during shopping, it is just right!

One customer, Mohamed A. Mohamed, touted it as “by far my only goto cafe in Tallinn” thanks to the friendly staff who go above and beyond, making every guest feel at home—especially those who may not speak fluent Estonian. The dedication to customer service is clearly a point of pride for the team.

As for the culinary delights, you’ll find an array of stunning desserts that are just as much a feast for the eyes as they are for the palate. Marko Räisänen's reviews highlight favorites such as the Mangocheese cake and the exquisitely made blueberry yoghurt pannacotta cake. Remember to try their rich Kaakao (Chocolate), made from the finest ingredients to elevate your café experience.

Yet, those seeking a quieter moment might find the atmosphere a bit livelier than anticipated. With limited outlets available, it may not be the top choice for remote work. However, in terms of price, you'll find that Gustav Cafe stands out positively against its competitors in Kristiine Keskus, offering excellent quality without the hefty price tag.

Whether you’re dropping in between shopping sprees or stopping for a sweet treat, Gustav Cafe promises a warm welcome and delicious options that will satisfy both your sweet tooth and your craving for a cozy environment. Come for the coffee and cakes, stay for the welcoming vibe—Gustav Cafe is surely a spot you'll want to revisit!

It’s a good option if you’re not a big fan of too sweet desserts. They are beautiful and get a soft and delicate taste.

The coffe and the cakes were really good ! The service could be better, many of the tables were dirty when we arrived and had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to clean them. It is not a quiet place to work if you are looking for that and it could use more connectors for the laptops since we only found 1 spot for a total of 4 tables, also the chairs were not that good to stay for a long time working or chatting. However if you are just going to spend the time for a cake and a coffee and a chat go for it !

This is by far my only go-to cafe in Tallinn. The atmosphere is great, and the prices weren't that high considering how good the service was. Staff there were very friendly and kind, especially they go extra mile to understand my broken Estonian and occasionally fallback to English!

A cafe inside Kristiine Keskus. We checked out the prices of other cafe's here too and to our surprise, this was reasonably priced. Stylish cafe with a great atmosphere. Beautiful cakes and other delicious desserts. The Kaakao (Chocolate) was good. And so was the Mango-cheese cake. The blueberry-joghurt pannacotta cake was really good. Both desserts were beautifully made. A feast for both your eyes and taste buds. Latte coffee was tasty and just the right temperature. Coffee, chocolate and both pastries cost 12.30€. You first might think it's pricey, but the quality and the atmosphere make it worth it. You could naturally go for Lidl baking section, pick a fresh pastry and have an ice coffee to go with it for much less, but this was also an experience on a much more comfortable table. We did not need a restroom, so we don't even know if there is one. The staff was friendly and understand English and i believe i said some parts in Finnish too (oops, but yeah the two languages are like cousins and sound very similar to foreigners, estonians pick up Finnish better than finns do estonian).
